Silver Springs Phase 1 handover begins in Pangode

The first phase of Silver Springs has officially begun its handover process. Twenty-four families have taken possession of their new villas and are settling into the community.

The handover ceremony was attended by residents, local officials, and the White Dots team. Families have been quick to praise the attention to detail in finishes and the thoughtful planning of shared spaces.

Smart features including solar panels, rainwater harvesting, and the community app are now active for Phase 1 residents. We look forward to welcoming more families as subsequent phases are completed.
